lyrics

a porous vessel
a study of loss
will it bring us somewhere?

the comfort of things
collecting heroes and kings
listening to a dead end track

the gears still don’t mesh
and the smeared face mask melts
...stories of relationships

there’s another planet
where mattresses live
their quiet lives

never
been
able to cry

their
pain
was so dry

now
it changes
rivers
from their eyes
up to you

touching that silky wall with my fingers
it’s solely made out of wet paint
so I’m going through with my whole body
stepping into a blank room on the other side

it’s empty, no contours
and I’m painting my footprints on the floor
with every step I make
towards the void

if you zoom in
there is no such thing
as a covering skin
(whatever it should contain)

changing plans
cause time does not pass
it almost stands still
and there’s will to change

in this room without air
there’s a room full of fear
what should convince us to stay

a porous vessel
a study of loss
it will bring us somewhere
